Requirements

• Own delivery across 3–4 concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are consistently met.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients—gather and clarify requirements, then translate them into actionable tasks for the engineering team.
  
• Run regular status syncs with the team to track progress, surface blockers, and drive resolution.
  
• Proactively identify risks and dependencies before they impact delivery, and escalate with proposed solutions.
  
• Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation, including requirements, status reports, and change logs.
  
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and engineers, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation.
  
• Send weekly project status updates to clients every Friday without fail.
  
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and QA to ensure smooth handoffs and zero ambiguity on scope.
  
• Support internal accountability by tracking team deliverables and following up on commitments.
  

• 2–3 years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a similar role in a software/IT company.
  
• Proven track record of managing multiple software projects simultaneously in a client-facing capacity.
  
• Strong understanding of software development processes—you don't need to code, but you need to understand how products are built.
  
• Excellent communication skills—clear, direct, and confident in both client conversations and internal team discussions.
  
• Ability to break down client requirements into clear, structured briefs for the engineering team.
  
• Sharp problem-solving instincts—when something is blocked, you find a path forward rather than waiting for one.
  
• High ownership mindset—you treat each project as your own and don't let things slip without accountability.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift, and adaptability is key.
  
• Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, or similar).
  
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  
• Exposure to AI/tech product companies is preferred.
