Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress during therapy sessions. Communicate effectively with families and BCBAs while maintaining strict client confidentiality.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and experience working with children. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check.

Key Responsibilities
Technicians typically start with a part-time caseload of about 20 hours per week, depending on the location, with potential to increase hours as opportunities arise. This position calls for a high-level of commitment and dedication to the required training, clients, and our high standards of excellence.
