Lead and develop international and Russian-speaking sales departments to build a scalable, systematic sales ecosystem. Focus on optimizing sales funnels, implementing KPIs, and enhancing product expertise across the team.
Requires 3-5+ years of experience as a Head of Sales in EdTech with a proven track record in B2B and high-ticket products. Must be fluent in English and Russian (B2 level) with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and data analysis tools.
