Establish and lead the growth function to drive scalable subscriber acquisition across international markets. Manage the marketing team, advertising budgets, and optimize the entire sales funnel through data-driven experimentation.
Proven experience as a Head of Growth or Performance Lead with a track record of managing teams of 10-15 people and monthly budgets over $30,000. Requires proficiency in English (B2+) and Russian, along with deep expertise in Meta and Google Ads.

We are currently scaling our international educational business. Our marketing team is already in place, and we are now looking for a single, dedicated owner to lead and build out our entire Growth function.
The Role
Your primary mission will be to establish a high-performing Growth function and drive scalable, sustainable growth in new subscriber acquisition across our key markets (Romania, Russia, English-speaking countries, Germany, etc) and future expansion territories.

This is a fully remote position. We are open to candidates located in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, and other countries within the GMT+2 to GMT+5 time zones. Fluency in English (B2+) and Russian is required.
