The BCBA will provide supervision and training to Registered Behavioral Techs while conducting in-home and remote sessions. They are responsible for analyzing behavioral data, developing individualized goals, and collaborating with clinical directors and parents.
Candidates must hold a certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and have at least 2 years of ABA supervisory experience. Proficiency in conducting FBAs, report writing, and strong analytical skills are required.
