The Operations Supervisor is responsible for planning daily workloads, managing dispatch operations, and ensuring departmental objectives are met through effective team leadership. This role also involves monitoring fleet productivity, resolving customer service issues, and maintaining high standards of safety and operational efficiency.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the transportation or distribution industry and possess a valid Class 3 or 1 license with air brakes. The role requires a safety-conscious mindset, the ability to work flexible hours including on-call shifts, and strong problem-solving skills.

Job Summary:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for planning daily and weekly workloads to achieve departmental and facility objectives through the corporate values of integrity, diversity and delivering expected results. This role is charged with the goal to effectively and efficiently manage the development and directions of the operational team to drive the growth of revenue, technical productivity and promote high quality customer satisfaction.
Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:30am to 5:30pm
Shared responsibility for after-hours and weekend on-call coverage - via phone
