     Miss Germany was once known as a traditional beauty contest, but the organizers transformed it into a platform for female empowerment in 2015. Gone are the bikinis—today, women take the stage in suits, confidently pitching their ideas and businesses. This year, thousands of remarkable women applied, each bringing a unique story to the table. Being part of this experience was incredible. I had the chance to meet truly inspiring women, from influencers to CEOs leading teams of over 300 people. The journey culminated in a week-long retreat in Croatia with the Top 18 finalists, where we honed our public speaking, pitching, and storytelling skills, all while inspiring one another. Half of the participants are handpicked and invited by the organizing team, while the other half earns their spot through the international essay competition—I had the privilege of being selected through the former. More than impressed by the community and the outstanding organization of this event.

I still see huge potential in the idea and plattform.
