I started building software in 2013. During that time I’ve built software in the fintech, social media management, NSFW, crypto and ticketing space. I’ve done it all from pushing for pixel perfection in CSS on the front-end to creating API’s on the back-end, writing integration tests, and bootstrapping servers from scratch like it’s 1999.   I’ve either aided in or was solely responsible for crafting the technical architecture of projects, paired with designers to create amazing interfaces, and communicated with stakeholders to ensure technical and user requirements aligned. It was not always easy, but thanks to pulling many all-nighters and maxing out my credit card buying Red Bulls, I always got the job done. In terms of accomplishments I’ve: - Helped Rhino reduce their $2 million deficit by building the "Pay Now" feature which enabled the company to collect $1.5 million in delinquent premium. - Discovered and fixed a bug that caused Rhino to lose $1 million in lifetime premium. - Built an interactive infographic for Stubhub, which is one of the top links on Google when you search for “McCovey Cove”.   - Developed a clip licensing engine for Collab to bolster their video content.   - Developed an internal tool for tracking YouTube video compilations created by Collab’s partners to save time for their digital rights team.   - Helped build an NSFW competitor to OnlyFans that has generated over $35+ million in lifetime revenue. - Reduced an NSFW site's video costs by 75%. - Rebuilt a broken internal audio library which allows social media partners to view and download royalty-free music/sounds.  - Developed a product for M&A analysts that allowed them to conduct market research for over 20 million private companies across the world.    For fun I: - Contribute to open source   - Mentor high school/college students at hackathons.  - Won the Hack for LA hackathon in 2013 and again in 2015.   Github: https://github.com/cacheflow   Site: http://builtbylex.com
