Moving from a pure operations role, I joined Restorative Therapies, where I managed the Western United States Sales region, consisting of 9 states, and 30+ customer accounts. During my time there, I increased revenue by 67%, by partnering with internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring proper client targeting and revenue achievement. Continuing my career in neuro-clinical rehabilitation, I Co-founded an outpatient exercise therapy-based spinal cord injury practice, where I led business development, and established program design and implementation activities, while exponentially growing client base and expanding facilities by 100%. As a start-up, business growth was key. I was highly successful, in that I grew our client base to 60 clients, from 1, in under 24 months through an extensive outreach and education program. Additionally, I developed in-house training and a certification program, ensuring my employees had proficient knowledge of all systems and products we used.
