Tishya Mahajan

MBA candidate at IESE Business School, Spain (Class of 2026) with five years of diverse professional experience. I am passionate about working at the intersection of business and social impact. My background spans corporate social responsibility and high-impact project management, including leading global initiatives for Fortune 500 clients as a Senior Engagement Manager at Goodera. There, I managed projects that engaged over 30,000 employees and benefited more than 40 nonprofits, generating $1.2 million in revenue while delivering both business growth and positive social outcomes. I thrive in fast-paced environments that require cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making. My ability to lead teams, navigate uncertainty, and balance multiple stakeholders has equipped me with the skills needed to excel in dynamic program leadership, where agility and insight are critical. Outside of work (that doesn’t feel like work), I enjoy hiking, watching k-cinema, reading fiction, cooking (often extravagantly), and trying out new sports like touch rugby and pickleball. I am eager to leverage my experience to help clients achieve their impact goals in a rapidly evolving global landscape. As I continue my journey through my MBA and look toward the future, I am excited about the opportunity to bring my passion for driving impact and my problem-solving expertise to a new-age enterprise or startup.
