Software engineer with 4+ years of experience in software development and automation. Well versed with large scale distributed system, Java, Sql and test-driver deployment. I have been working for 2.5 years with the AWS RDS Postgres team as a control plane software developer. I have spearheaded some major features on behalf of my team. Eg: Postgres MVU with read replica, RDS Postgres support for XR PiTR. Other than new feature design, development and release I have been actively involved in product maintenance, operational and deployment framework stability and streamlining as well as team hiring. Prior to AWS I’ve worked with Oracle DbaaS control plane team for the OCI org. During the course of my masters I interned with EMC Corporation as a part of their Atmos Engineering team, in the advanced storage division.
