For Project JUST I work on publicizing sustainable clothing brands by writing store profiles, interviewing ethical clothing creators, and putting together stylish but socially responsible outfits.

Developing features for the LinkedIn Pulse Android app including: - Rewriting the Pulse app from scratch from the RSS reader to the new personalized feed app (launched in June '15) - Android Wear app - Tracking - both Google Analytics and internal tools - Integration with Google App Indexing Involved in more Pulse operations including: - Daily monitoring of crash logs to keep Pulse crash free - Developing closer relationship with Google by collaborating on large feature launches (launch of app, launch of Android Wear) - Responding to user feedback directly

Worked on the Android app for the newly-acquired newsreader, Pulse. Reorganized/implemented a visual refresh for the Pulse catalog using the Google StaggeredGridView class and extending it to be stable for our purposes. I modified the Google StaggeredGridView class to draw and recycle the views properly in a grid of multiple sized tiles. Integrated Google Analytics and Urban Airship into the app for tracking and push notifications. Experimented with widgets for the Android platform Channel Preview Pulse Catalog
Researched and analyzed competitor websites to propose new ideas to differentiate and elevate the site from its competitors Utilized MySQL, XML, and the Java programming language to calculate and display trending data (including revenue and accounts receivable trends for the past year) in the site’s “We Bill e-Software” Created this “Trends” tab that went into production in August 2012
