The role is an on-site, full-time Senior Account Executive for the Mid-Market segment within the Superchat Sales Team, responsible for independently building the approach for target customers, deal structure, and prioritization. They own the end-to-end Mid-Market sales cycle from first qualification to close and ensure a clean hand-off to the Customer Success Team. They steward their pipeline independently and maintain a clean database in HubSpot. They develop a deep understanding of product, market, and competition to position Superchat strategically against existing alternatives. They analyze sales data against key KPIs, translate insights into concrete actions, and actively contribute to the evolution of processes, messaging, and conversion rates, while collaborating closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to lay the groundwork for a scalable Mid-Market sales setup.
