About this role

Join Superchat's Sales Team as the Senior Account Executive for Mid-Market to build and scale a new segment, own the full sales cycle, and help shape sustainable revenue and go-to-market processes. This on-site, full-time role in Berlin is critical for positioning Superchat against existing alternatives and driving measurable growth.

What you'll do

  • Build the Mid-Market segment independently, defining target customers, deal structure, and prioritization.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from first qualification to close and handover to Customer Success.
  • Manage and prioritize your pipeline and maintain a clean data basis in HubSpot.
  • Develop a deep understanding of product, market, and competitors to position Superchat strategically.
  • Analyze sales data across central KPIs, derive concrete measures, and improve processes, messaging, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to create a scalable Mid-Market sales setup.
  • Work on-site in our Berlin office as a full-time member of a motivated, cross-functional team.

What Superchat is looking for

  • At least 2 years, ideally 3–5 years, of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Experience with pipeline management and maintaining CRM data, ideally HubSpot.
  • Practical experience building new segments, markets, or sales approaches, or strong motivation to do so independently.
  • Fluent German (native-level); English is a plus.
  • A consultative, structured, and solution-oriented sales mentality rather than push-sales.
  • Self-driven, proactive ownership of goals, and enthusiasm for building processes and contributing to team growth.
