Job DetailsJob Location: Laminators - Eugene, OR 97402Salary Range: $26.08 - $27.08 HourlySummary: Finish-End Utility employees will be working on a manufacturing style line completing a variety of tasks at different points of the process. Many of these tasks include the use of power tools and following their safety guidelines. There will be reading and understanding paperwork associated with orders. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where we strive to meet production demands while supporting each other whenever able. A clean work area must be maintained throughout each shift as well as company rules and safety polices must be followed at all times.
Responsibilities
Includes but is not limited to the following
Ability to understand Beam grades.
Grade each Beam, by visually inspecting all four sides.
Ability to use all hand tools and machinery.
Use tapes, calipers and size gauges to assure Beams are on size.
Notify your supervisor of any quality issues immediately.
Ability to follow all mixing instructions for putting beams.
Alert at all times.
Works within the scope of safety at all times.
Know and utilize all Lock-out/Tag-out procedures associated with your duties.
Report any potential machinery defects immediately.
Report or repair any potential safety risks immediately.
Keep work area clean and orderly.
Down time is clean up and minor maintenance time.

Qualifications
Must understand fundamentals of Lam Beam Lay-ups, Grades and wrapping.
Communicate with co-workers and supervisor.
Work with and promote a teamwork environment.
Works with limited supervision.
Promote and support a strong safety culture.
Ability to stand, kneel, bend for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
