As our new Customer Service Advisor, you will receive full training and support to engage with our customers, through inbound and outbound calls, to provide solutions and support for appliance repair and care.
What we’re looking for:
Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
An empathetic approach to handling customer needs and concerns.
A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
