The Role
We're looking for a Senior Management Accountant to play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls, and insightful commercial analysis across the business. Working closely with the Finance Director and wider leadership team, you'll take ownership of month-end reporting, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and help drive continuous improvement across the finance function.

- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or qualified by experience with relevant management accounting expertise).
- Proven experience in management accounting, financial reporting, and month-end processes.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, and audit requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills and excellent analytical ability.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.
- Experience with Xero and/or ConnectWise would be advantageous.
- Lead the monthly management accounts process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Own balance sheet reconciliations and maintain robust financial controls.
- Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet reporting, and performance commentary.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Provide commercial analysis, financial modelling, and business insights to support decision-making.
- Coordinate audit requirements and support statutory reporting, VAT, and year-end processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance systems, processes, and reporting.
