Mid-Market Account Executive
About this role
We are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive with 3+ years of experience to join Zenskar's growing US sales team and own the full sales cycle for mid-market deals in North America. You'll be selling an AI-native revenue automation platform to finance teams, replacing legacy billing and revenue recognition systems. Zenskar has 5x'd revenue in the past year, raised a $15M Series A, and has zero churn — this is your chance to shape the sales motion at a company with serious momentum. You'll have pipeline sourced by a 20-member demand engine while also self-sourcing one-third of your own pipeline. If you thrive in early-stage environments and want a clear path to sales leadership, this is the role for you.
What will you be doing?
Own and close mid-market deals ($50K–$100K ACV) with a $700K–$850K annual quota, selling to the office of the CFO
Run full product demos and discovery calls independently, supported by solutions engineers
Self-source one-third of your pipeline through outbound efforts and attending finance-related events (2–3x per month)
Work directly with founders and cross-functional teams (CS, Product, Engineering) to drive complex pilots to close
Help shape and refine the North American sales playbook as one of the earliest US-based AEs
