Mission
Your mission will be lead the planning, coordination, and overall execution of wind farm construction projects, ensuring compliance with the safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives established for each project.
Geographical scope: Spain.
First assigned project: Aragón, Spain.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead planning sessions for project development and execution.
- Manage staffing requirements and other resources necessary to maximize the successful delivery of projects.
- Define project objectives and scope, identifying the involvement of internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments to minimize unforeseen obstacles and additional costs.
- Develop detailed project schedules, project parameters, and budget forecasts.
- Perform regular reviews of project scope, schedule, and costs, applying industry best practices to identify required adjustments.
- Monitor project performance and progress throughout all execution phases.
- Manage client and stakeholder expectations to maintain productive and collaborative relationships.
- Document project activities, issues, costs, and achieved results.
- Delegate project activities and responsibilities according to team members’ capabilities, experience, and strengths.
- Provide summarized project plan documentation to department managers, clients, and other stakeholders as required.
- Collaborate with and lead teams to ensure project objectives are achieved within the established schedule and budget.
- Maintain continuous learning and professional development to stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and evolving standards.
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Engineering
- Professional with 3–4 years of experience in wind farm construction projects, including project execution, coordination, and site management activities.
- Experience in organizing and leading technical teams
- Results orientation and negotiation skills
- Teamwork skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
