About this role

This is a remote position.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Mid-to-Senior QA Automation Engineer with hands-on expertise in BrowserStack Low-Code Automation to independently build and maintain end-to-end test automation for a complex Angular web application. The ideal candidate will have experience creating large-scale E2E test suites, executing cross-browser testing, and managing defects in Azure DevOps. This role requires someone who can work with minimal documentation, identify test coverage gaps, and ensure application quality in a fast-paced development environment.

What You'll Do
  • Produce E2E test cases using BrowserStack Low-Code Automation (record-and-playback + AI test generation)
  • Expand coverage across test sections: logins, global settings, scheduling, payments/POS, and contracts
  • Work with the internal QA lead to understand existing test logic and identify what's missing
  • Execute tests across browsers using BrowserStack Automate and log defects in Azure DevOps
  • Maintain test quality and stability as the application undergoes active development

Must Have:

  • Hands-on experience with BrowserStack Low-Code Automation - this is the specific tool in use and will be verified in screening
  • Proven track record of building large E2E test suites (50+ tests) for complex web applications
  • Experience testing applications with payment processing, form-heavy workflows, or membership/billing modules
  • Comfortable operating without formal test documentation - you'll work from the application itself and domain knowledge
  • Familiarity with Angular applications and how async rendering affects E2E testing
  • Azure DevOps for test reporting and defect management
  • BrowserStack Automate for cross-browser test execution
  • Knowledge of payment processing or POS systems
  • Self-directed - you will not have a QA manager overseeing day-to-day execution

Seniority: Mid to Senior. No juniors - there is no documentation and no one to guide test scenario selection. Must be independently capable from Day 1.
