Founding Engineer
About this role
Zauber is seeking a Founding Engineer to lead customer conversations, build full-stack applications, and shape the product and tech strategy. This role blends direct customer engagement with hands-on development to move from demos to scalable, production-ready solutions, helping define the company's direction from the ground up.
What youll do
- Lead customer conversations and translate insights into product features and tech strategy.
- Design and build full-stack applications while advancing the product's AI capabilities.
- Transition from demo-mode to building scalable, high-quality products.
- Shape the product, tech, and company’s direction.
What Zauber is looking for
- 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
- Full-stack development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React; backend experience with Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLM design patterns, vector stores, and model fine-tuning.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable products from MVP to production.
- Experience leading customer conversations and translating feedback into product requirements.
- Experience working in startup or early-stage environments.
