Production Artist, Plush
About this role
Responsibilities
- Create clean, production-ready character turnarounds in Adobe Illustrator
- Produce plush specification sheets and manufacturing documentation
- Prepare clear, organized sample feedback sheets for factory revisions
- Translate written communication, production notes, and feedback between English and Mandarin to support collaboration with our manufacturing partners
- Support turnaround creation and sample reviews based on team priorities
- Assist with factory communication and production problem-solving
- Help improve production documentation, templates, and internal workflows
Requirements
- Exceptional Adobe Illustrator skills with advanced vector drawing ability
- Strong experience creating clean, accurate character turnarounds with Adobe Illustrator
- Excellent understanding of anatomy, construction, proportion, and character design
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable learning new skills and adapting to changing priorities
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in plush, toys, softlines, collectibles, apparel, or consumer product manufacturing.
- Experience creating manufacturing documentation or specification sheets.
- Experience reviewing physical product samples.
- Experience communicating with overseas manufacturers.
