York is seeking an Oracle Supply Chain Process Integration Senior Manager to support, strengthen, and evolve the processes and systems used across our supply chain organization. This role serves as a cross-functional liaison, a change champion, and a strategic problem solver who helps our supply chain teams fully leverage Oracle Cloud ERP in a project-driven, high-complexity manufacturing environment.
This position focuses on understanding system capabilities, sensing operational needs, improving business processes, and guiding user adoption across supplier management, procurement, logistics, inventory, planning, quality, and production.
The ideal candidate excels at translating business requirements into system-enabled processes, partnering across functions, and supporting operational excellence for complex project-based manufacturing of advanced systems and space vehicles.
This role will be onsite in our Greenwood Village, Colorado location.
Responsibilities:
- Change Management, User Adoption, and Cross-Functional Liaison
- Represent Supply Chain when working with IT and Finance to align Oracle Cloud processes with business requirements, operational workflows, and system capabilities.
- Lead change management activities by briefing supply chain leadership on system capabilities, matching capabilities to business needs, assessing steps to implement capabilities, documenting process changes, gathering and prioritizing user feedback, and preparing teams for new or updated workflows.
- Coach supply chain subject matter experts on Oracle Cloud capabilities and best practices and promote consistent and effective usage across supply chain teams.
- Translate operational challenges and improvement opportunities into structured requirements and collaborate with technical partners to optimize system capabilities that support business needs.
- Project-Driven Supply Chain Support
- Collaborate with Finance to maintain accurate project structures, data governance rules, ownership boundaries, and cost tracking for materials and labor.
- Support project-based manufacturing by ensuring supply chain processes and data within Oracle accurately reflect project structures, material flows, milestones, and reporting needs.
- Participate in cross-functional reviews to anticipate system requirements, identify gaps, and align processes with supplier management, materials planning, quality and production teams.
- Monitor system usage and identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy, procurement visibility, inventory consistency, material tracking, and overall execution performance.
- Supply Chain Process Alignment with Oracle Cloud ERP
- Partner closely with York’s Oracle configuration team and supply chain subject matter experts with a focus on functional alignment, process enhancement, and user adoption of system capabilities.
- Ensure Oracle Cloud functionality supports core supply chain processes such as procurement, inventory management, supplier collaboration, production execution, quality tracking, and material planning.
- Reporting, Analytics, and Operational Insights
- Define reporting requirements in partnership with supply chain leaders and validate dashboards developed using OTBI, BI Publisher, and OAC.
- Work with analytics teams to ensure data accuracy, usability, and alignment with operational needs across supplier performance, project material variances, inventory health, and procurement activity.
- Help stakeholders interpret key trends, identify performance gaps, and shape reporting improvements that enhance decision making and operational transparency.
