Enterprise Software Specialist

York is seeking an Enterprise Software Specialist to provide Tier 3 support and technical ownership of enterprise applications in a Microsoft Azure Government / GCC High environment. This role supports cloud, server, database, endpoint, and application infrastructure while maintaining compliance with NIST 800-171 and CMMC Level 2 requirements.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 support and lead root cause analysis for complex enterprise application issues.
• Administer Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 GCC High, Windows servers, IIS, SQL Server, and supporting application infrastructure.
• Manage enterprise endpoints using Microsoft Intune and NinjaOne, including software deployment, patching, and device management.
• Manage license servers, file servers, and infrastructure supporting applications such as SolidWorks, JetBrains, Ansys, STK, and other aerospace engineering software.
• Configure and support SSO, SAML, and SCIM integrations using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Coordinate with software vendors on troubleshooting, upgrades, licensing, patching, and technical escalations.
• Develop and execute deployment plans for new enterprise applications, upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Maintain application environments in accordance with NIST 800-171, CMMC Level 2, FedRAMP, and other applicable security requirements.

 

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of systems or enterprise application administration experience.
• Strong Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, and PowerShell experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise software, license servers, file servers, and application infrastructure.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and NinjaOne.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience working in regulated or government environments preferred.
• US Citizenship.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure Government / GCC High experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, SSO/SAML, and SCIM.
• Experience supporting engineering or aerospace applications.
• Security+, AZ-104, AZ-305, or related Microsoft certifications.
