What You'll Do

  • Operate machinery
  • Monitor production processes and verify products meet quality specifications
  • Make machine adjustments as directed to maintain product quality
  • Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or process abnormalities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize product variations
  • Good attendance and reliability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Basic math and communication skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying schedules as needed
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing production needs

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently bend, twist, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
  • Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
