As the Line Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate line maintenance operations while ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with FAA regulations, approved technical data, and company procedures.

We are looking for an experienced aviation maintenance leader with hands-on experience working with Boeing 767 aircraft who can confidently lead technicians, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure aircraft are returned to service safely and on schedule.

πŸ’Ό What You’ll Do

Supervise and coordinate daily line maintenance activities and assigned maintenance personnel.
Lead technicians performing inspection, troubleshooting, servicing, repair, and maintenance activities.
Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel as needed.
Ensure all maintenance is performed in accordance with FAA regulations, approved technical data, and company procedures.
Oversee maintenance activities involving Boeing 767 aircraft.
Inspect completed work and ensure maintenance tasks are properly performed before aircraft return to service.
Review and verify maintenance records, logbook entries, work orders, task cards, and other required documentation.
Coordinate with Operations, Quality Control, Planning, and other departments to ensure maintenance requirements are met.
Communicate maintenance status, aircraft discrepancies, delays, and operational concerns to management and customers as appropriate.
Monitor staffing, manpower, tooling, equipment, and material requirements.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained, calibrated, and available for maintenance activities.
Promote a strong safety and quality culture throughout line maintenance operations.
Ensure employees follow company policies, Repair Station procedures, and applicable FAA requirements.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving complex maintenance issues.
Train, mentor, and support technicians to improve technical performance and productivity.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance work environment.
Support a professional, team-oriented atmosphere while meeting customer schedules and operational priorities.

🧰 What You Bring

FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant (A&P) Certificate under 14 CFR Part 65.
Proven aircraft maintenance experience in a line maintenance or MRO environment.
Hands-on experience with Boeing 767 aircraft is required.
Strong knowledge of 14 CFR Parts 43 and 145.
Experience supervising or leading aircraft maintenance personnel.
Ability to interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, technical publications, wiring diagrams, task cards, and other approved technical data.
Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance practices, inspections, troubleshooting, and return-to-service requirements.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Familiarity with Repair Station Manuals, including RSM, QCM, Training Manual, and Forms Manual.
Strong documentation and recordkeeping skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven aviation environment.
Enrollment in or compliance with applicable Repair Station Drug & Alcohol Program requirements.
