Customer Support Representative (French speaking)

About this role

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic French-speaking Customer Service Representative (level I). The right person enjoys a fast-paced environment, is a proactive problem solver, and strives to be an integral part of the team and the success of the company.
The duties are a wide variety of administrative work and taking calls.

 

  • Take inbound and outbound calls
  • Process the incoming orders before 3PM (Incl. web orders)
  • Create invoices
  • Participate in CSR-teams meetings
  • Ensure excellent service
  • Escalate issues/complaints to the correct person/department if they cannot resolve it themselves
  • Provide technical (product) support
  • Keep the product & DAP knowledge updated by participating webinars/training
  • Stay sharp on any leads or possible up-sell + cross sell possibilities
  • Assign leads to the territory manager
  • Proactive in finding improvements
  • Translation of message templates (if in possession of any extra language skill)
  • Achieve set KPI’s
  • Process any other requests incoming via Teams or Email
  • Supporting referral program(s)

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate degree equivalent required
  • 1> year experience in a Customer Service department; or something similar
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Results-driven with the ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with customer service or ticketing systems preferred
  • Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to report to work in a timely manner in accordance with the assigned work schedule
  • Make appropriate judgments, keeping customer service and time sensitivity a priority
  • Professional appearance and attitude.

Compensation

32.500 - 37.500 Euro Annual

This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus, based on KPI's.
