Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect clients with training programs, educational opportunities, and community resources.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful employment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with employers, training providers, and community organizations to facilitate employment opportunities.
  • Advocate for clients to ensure they receive appropriate support and services.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, psychology, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in case management, employment services, or related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess client needs and develop tailored employment plans.
  • Knowledge of local employment resources, training programs, and community services.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
