🔧 Service Technician – Hampton Point Apartments
đź“Ť Location: Silver Spring, MD
đź’µ Compensation: $24/hour (based on experience) + phone allowance
Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance work orders
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance
- Prepare apartment homes for new residents (turnovers)
- Handle general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency repairs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hands-on knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Availability for after-hours emergency response (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of residential maintenance experience preferred
- HVAC experience/certification preferred
