Sounds cool, right?  It gets better. We put our people first and operate under the guiding principals of The Golden Rule - treating others the way we want to be treated. We have a team orientated culture with development opportunities

Worthington Steel's Summer Internship Program is a 12-week program that starts the middle of May and runs through early August.

During the program, interns will spend a significant portion of their time completing a business-focused project.  These assignments could include generating ideas for product improvement, creating new processes, or developing guidelines for a specific role within the Company.  Upon graduation, each intern will present their project to an audience that may include their managers their peers, and executive leaders.

Interns will spend the remainder of their time receiving additional on-the-job experience, building their networks, and learning together in classes.  Classes will feature topics such as business etiquette, resume writing, interviewing sills, and presenting with confidence.  In keeping with Our Philosophy, the program will also feature a community service component.
