Why Worthington Steel?
- Starting Pay: $20.00/hour
• $1.50/hour 2nd Shift Premium

About the Opportunity
We're looking for dependable, motivated people who want to build a long-term career in manufacturing. No manufacturing experience? No problem. If you have a strong work ethic, a commitment to showing up every day, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Schedule
Training begins on 1st Shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) for approximately 2 to 6 weeks before transitioning to one of the following permanent shifts:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (+$2.00/hour)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (+$2.00/hour)
What You'll Do
- Operate steel processing equipment
• Load, unload, and move steel materials
• Package and inspect finished products
• Follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards

Required Qualifications
- Ability to work 2nd and/or 3rd shift following the training period
• Demonstrated reliability and commitment to consistent attendance
• Ability to perform physical, repetitive work and lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic math skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or mechanical experience
• Experience operating industrial equipment or machinery
