Potential Annual Earnings

 

$54,000 to $65,000+ Based on full-time employment on 2nd or 3rd shift, including applicable shift premium and recent average quarterly profit sharing. Overtime is not included. Actual earnings will vary.

Shifts & Training

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

All employees begin orientation on day shift before transitioning to their assigned shift.

 

What You’ll Do

• Operate machinery

• Move steel materials

• Assist with setups

• Inspect product quality

• Package shipments

• Maintain a safe work area

• Report issues

• Support team production

 

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable work history

• Strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn

• Basic math skills

• Able to stand for long periods and lift 35 lbs.

• Willing to work assigned shift + overtime

 

Wage Information

$21.00–$24.50/hr., based on experience

• $2.00/hr. shift premium for 3rd shift
