Job Description

1. Recruitment Needs Analysis for New Fields: - Communicate with department heads to understand and confirm recruitment needs. - Develop recruitment plans to ensure the smooth progress of the recruitment process. 2. Recruitment Channel Management: - Use various recruitment channels (such as online job platforms, social media, campus recruitment, etc.) to post job openings. - Maintain and expand recruitment channels to attract outstanding talent. 3. Candidate Screening and Interviewing: - Screen applicant resumes and conduct initial phone interviews. - Arrange and participate in interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability. 4. Recruitment Process Management: - Manage the recruitment process to ensure each stage proceeds smoothly. - Follow up on candidates' interview progress and provide timely feedback on interview results. 5. Recruitment Data Analysis: - Collect and analyze recruitment data to evaluate recruitment effectiveness. - Provide recruitment reports and offer suggestions for improvement. 6. Employer Branding: - Assist in promoting the company's employer brand to enhance its visibility and attractiveness in the talent market. - Participate in recruitment activities to enhance the company's image. 7. Familiarity with Industry Knowledge and Talent Market Trends: - Collect and analyze industry information to assess talent sources. - Provide talent market insights and propose corresponding recruitment strategies or plans.
