Job Description:

Role: In this role, you are expected to understand customer problems and prioritize solving the ones that create the highest impact for users. You will demonstrate a high degree of ownership to solve complex problems and collaborate with stakeholders to roll out solutions to those. Your ability to think big while focusing on constant execution will be admired and rewarded at WizCommerce. You will be solely responsible for ideating, executing, and launching the product features along with your team members from design and tech.

Responsibilities:

• Build and own the product roadmap, collaborating with leadership, technology, and business teams to align on the same.

• Develop your product’s vision, strategy, and goals with a strong focus on integrating AI-driven automation and intelligence across workflows.

• Conduct user research to understand customer and business needs and translate them into scalable, AI-backed product solutions.

• Collaborate with data science and AI engineering teams to conceptualize and deploy AI/ML models that improve user experience, personalization, and decision-making.

• Define the right set of metrics to measure product performance and the value that it provides to users.

• Work with the engineering team to plan and deliver product features as per the roadmap.

• Collaborate with designers to ideate and wireframe product designs.

• Lead Go-To-Market efforts, ensuring product releases are effectively communicated to customers and internal stakeholders.

• Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to identify opportunities for AI-led improvements and enhanced engagement.

• Own the success of your product.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, with hands-on exposure to AI or data-driven product development.

• Demonstrated experience in working with AI/ML teams to design, launch, or scale AI-enabled product features.

• Strong understanding of AI use cases such as automation, NLP, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.

• Ability to build strong customer relations and use them to gain insights into their businesses.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an experimentation mindset.

• Exceptional ability to identify product improvements and contribute to marketing strategies.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

• Proficient with wireframing and design tools (e.g., Figma, Miro) to ideate product workflows.
