Responsible for picking, organizing, and maintaining the inventory of components, materials, and orders required for production, assembly and shipments to customers. This role involves handling the full lifecycle of materials, from receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to dispatching items to production teams and shipping finished orders.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels for electronic components, trackers, and materials, conducting regular audits to ensure physical counts match recorded data.
Receiving and Dispatching: Verify incoming shipments for quantity and quality, and coordinate the timely delivery of materials to production lines.
Shipping and Dispatching: Verify outgoing shipments for quantity and quality, and coordinate the timely shipment of orders.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements (inflows and outflows) using warehouse management systems.
Warehouse Maintenance: Organize the layout to optimize space, ensure safety standards (6S techniques) are met, and keep the area clean.
QualificationsQualifications

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a manufacturing environment.

Skills

Proficiency with computer applications (MS Office, Excel) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve assembly challenges.
