Position Summary
Local hire on-site representative to support customer (Apollo) located in Houston, TX
Key Responsibilities
-Immediate Customer Complaint Resolution: Provide on-site troubleshooting at the first instance when customers encounter unexpected hardware, mechanical, or software issues during verification and assembly; report findings back to RD for analysis and resolution.
-Early-Stage Business Intelligence Gathering: Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with customer EPMs, Strategic Sourcing teams, and project executives to align with the customer's future product roadmaps and order intentions.
-IUR Allocation & Control: Manage the inventory of IURs within customer side, including component replacement and rework (such as HPM and material replacement verification).
-Ad-hoc Local SupportQualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience: 5+ years of experience in the electronics industry
Technical Skills: Program management, cost structure
Language & Communication: Fluent in both English and Chinese

Additional Requirements
Familiar with traditional/AI server design, MFG, cost structure
Flexible working hours for meeting with customer and HQ in different time zone.
Regular trip back to HQ for product update and training
