This role supports daily operation and maintenance of facility systems and participates in commissioning and system handover (CX) activities during construction phases. The position focuses on system performance monitoring, abnormal condition analysis, engineering support, and cross-functional coordination to ensure stable facility operations and smooth transition to operations. QualificationsKey Responsibilities
Execute daily operation and maintenance of facility systems, including power, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and related systems
Participate in system testing, validation, and handover activities (CX) during the construction phase, including tracking test results and deficiency resolution
Analyze system performance and abnormal conditions, propose improvement actions, and track implementation results
Support engineering project execution, acceptance, and operational handover activities
Assist in coordination among construction, engineering, and operations interfaces
Support ISO, EHS, and other management systems, including audit preparation and compliance activities
Respond to facility system abnormalities and emergency situations, supporting troubleshooting and system recovery
Assist in maintaining and updating facilities-related procedures and technical documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a related technical field
3-5 years of experience in facilities operations, engineering execution, or construction/system handover environments
Hands-on experience in construction, expansion, or major system implementation and handover projects
Solid understanding of facility system design, testing, handover, and operational processes
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage abnormal conditions and implement improvements
Ability to collaborate effectively with design, construction, and operations teams.
