The Real Estate Finance Practice Group in our Charlotte office is seeking a Paralegal to join the team. This role supports a dynamic real estate finance practice in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This position provides support in the execution of complex real estate finance transactions including diligence review, drafting of loan documents, closing coordination, and review of title commitments, title exceptions, and surveys.
Qualifications:
- Commercial real estate experience is preferred
- Strongly preferred: (1) Bachelor's degree, (2) Paralegal certificate or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, or (3) Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) designation
