About this role
\nWhat You'll Do:
- Connect with homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach
- Introduce Window Nation's premium window and door solutions
- Follow proven talking points and presentations provided during training
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
- Deliver exceptional customer service while answering homeowner questions professionally
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods, with or without accommodation
- Background in canvassing, customer service, retail, event marketing, field marketing, lead generation, door-to-door outreach, or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence engaging with new people and starting conversations
- Positive attitude and a team-first mentality
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Schedules may vary periodically based on business needs, seasonal demand, and weather conditions.
- $16.75 per hour + weekly and monthly performance bonuses
