About this role
Minimum requirements:
- Great interpersonal skills and good team spirit
- Exceptional hand and eye coordination skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure, organized with a procedural/checklist mindset
- Mechanical & electrical understanding & appreciation
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
- Good references
- As part of our hiring process, candidates will undergo standard pre-employment checks, including medical and drug/alcohol testing
Beneficial experiences:
- Previous manned submersible experience
- Deck Officer Licenses Officer of the Watch (OOW) Unlimited +
- Valid license and certificates according to STCW 95 as amended
- Experience onboard passenger vessels with single watch keeping experience
- Polar waters experience Ice navigation and expedition operations
- ROV operational experience
- Scuba diving qualifications and experience
- Boat handling experience on small boats / tenders
