We are seeking caring and compassionate CNA's to work 7A or 7P (12 hour shifts) Weekdays or Weekends (Weekend Premium Pay)

Starting pay range is $17 - $25 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll provide direct, hands-on care while building meaningful relationships with our residents. Your responsibilities include:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Assisting with meals and hydration
Taking and recording vital signs as assigned
Helping residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning while following our No Lift Policy
Answering call lights promptly and providing compassionate care
Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions
Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Assisting residents with activities and appointments
Working closely with our nurses and interdisciplinary team
Following HIPAA, infection control, and safety guidelines
Providing exceptional customer service to residents and families

Most importantly, you'll help create moments of comfort, dignity, and joy for those entrusted to our care.

Qualifications

✔ Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

✔ Long-term care experience preferred, but new CNAs are encouraged to apply!

✔ Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

✔ Excellent communication and resident care skills
