Description
- Make and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Know the drink menu well enough to answer questions and make recommendations
- Greet members by name and keep the bar a welcoming place
- Charge drinks and food to the correct member account through the POS
- Open, stock, and close the bar; keep it clean and organized
- Assist with inventory and restocking
- Work bar setups at any of our 6 bar locations including service bars and member facing bars
- Check IDs and serve responsibly under state alcohol laws
Requirements
- A heart for hospitality and making special moments
- At least one year of bartending experience
- Core knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Comfortable with POS systems and billing
- Friendly, dependable, and calm during a rush
- Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 35lbs
- Open availability including: nights weekends and some holidays
- Must be 21+ for this position
