Marine Technician/ Mechanic – A Level

Johnson & Towers, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for an experienced Marine Technician/ Mechanic at our location in Egg Harbor, NJ. This individual should have previous experience as a technician; specifically trained in MTU or Volvo Penta Marine Diesel engines. Indel Power Group is a distributor/dealer for major brands such as mtu, Detroit Diesel, Allison Transmission, Cummins, Caterpillar, Volvo Penta, Freightliner, Western Star, Isuzu, Autocar, and Crane Carrier to name a few. Joining the service team will provide you with a rewarding work environment, excellent pay and benefits, and an opportunity for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform skilled tasks in the diagnosis of malfunctions, repairs, preventive maintenance, adjustments, and overhauls
• Use OEM software, tools, and technologies to maintain, diagnose, and complete repairs to promptly address and resolve customer vehicle or equipment concerns
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness
• Maintain open communication with management team regarding job status, updates, and changes
