A loving family in San Francisco, CA is seeking a dependable, high-quality nanny to provide dedicated care for their 3-month-old infant girl, starting as soon as possible (ideally before August 24th). This is a smoke-free home with no pets, where the family prioritizes warm compatibility and nurturing support.

 

Schedule:

• 16 hours per week guaranteed (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 2 days per week)
• Wednesdays required; second day is negotiable
• Part-time schedule through the end of the year, with the option to transition to full-time in January when both parents return to work

• Pet-free and strictly smoke-free home environment
• Values quality care, strong alignment, and a gentle approach to infant care
• Seeking a long-term fit with the potential to grow into a full-time role in the new year

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary, attentive daily care for a 3-month-old infant
• Follow and maintain age-appropriate daily routines for feedings, naps, diapering, and play
• Engage the infant in gentle, safe, and age-appropriate developmental activities
• Keep infant care areas, bottles, and items clean, organized, and sanitized

 

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in infant childcare
• Must pass a background check

 

Preferred:

• Experience with Asian family culture
• Mandarin language skills

 

Compensation:

• $32.00 – $35.00 per hour, based on experience
