Coordinate and/or assist in the design, creation, and delivery of marketing programs and brand management, including online branding and data efforts, to support expansion and growth of the company and products.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting sales and marketing management with communication efforts to effectively promote the products and services of the company to the marketplace
- Aid in development and maintenance of the company websites, including brand management, brand descriptions, product attributes, product imagery, and online sales support
- Aid in the creation of print and online materials using graphic design software tools
- Aid in preparing press releases, company newsletters, brochures and event announcements
- Aid in conducting market research activities including competitive analysis
- Assist in promotional strategies and product lifecycle announcements
- Assist in the coordination and management of trade show activities
- Search existing reporting tools to find opportunities for additional promotional support
- Serve as liaison between outside agencies, suppliers, freelance talent, and various marketing services, and the company, ensuring timely and accurate project completions
- Performs other work related duties as assigned
QualificationsExperience and Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Graphic Design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Well-built skills in project management, organization, time management and prioritization
• Work to meet project deadlines and provide attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator a plus
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Should exhibit great creativity and resourcefulness to solving problems
