About this role
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Understand, implement and support completion of the daily plan
2. Assist or lead pre-shift meetings
3. Assign and delegate work as required to complete training assign
4. Provide necessary PPE. equipment and tools to complete work
5. Conduct employee performance reviews and follow up on progress
6. Act as backup to the Training Supervisor during their absence
7. Collect and communicate performance data
8. Control work documents
9. Authorize UKG payroll
10. Generate shift reports
11. Ensure a safe and secure work environment
12. Perform process audits
13. Other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager
