Walters Wedding Estates in partnership with The Design Haus, is looking for a Floral Manager with a great attitude and work ethic to join our wedding and event floral production team! Our team is rapidly growing and this position provides a great opportunity to grow your career with us. On average we produce 5-10+ weddings per weekend.

$45,000 annual plus Benefits
REQUIREMENTS
Location: Buford, GA

Must be available to work weekends.
Required Experience
2+ years of experience in Floral Design
2+ years of experience as a Manager
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift at least 40+ pounds throughout the day
Other
Must be eligible to work in the United States; Walters Hospitality participates in E-Verify
Submit/complete background check; have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Educating Team on Profitable, Executable Designs

Designing + Attending Open Houses
Upper Management Communication
Communicating any Specific Needs to Operations
Attending all BEO Meetings
Communicating with Sales Manager on Proposals
Approving Employee Payroll
Executing Budget + Reviewing P+L
