About this role

We are looking for 2 Founding SDRs with 1-3 years of B2B outbound experience to own the top of funnel at a YC S25 AI infrastructure company. You'll be building the outbound engine from scratch, booking qualified meetings with CTOs at AI-native companies, and growing into a full-cycle sales role as fast as you can handle it.

What will you be doing?

Own 100% of outbound prospecting — 80+ daily touches across email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to generate 8+ benchmarks per week

Book qualified first meetings with technical buyers (CTOs, engineering leads) at AI-native companies running production inference

Build and iterate on outbound sequences, testing messaging and reporting on reply/meeting rates weekly

Build the outbound engine and systems from the ground up — this is a builder role, not a button-pusher role

Collaborate directly with the Head of GTM and CEO before every first meeting so no one walks in cold

Key Requirements

1+ years of B2B outbound experience at an early-stage startup (Seed to Series C) — must have operated without an established playbook

Strong sales acumen with proven metrics you can recite from memory (touches/day, reply rates, meetings/week)

Experience selling a technical product to technical buyers (engineers, CTOs) — not generic B2B SaaS to business buyers

Technically curious enough to learn the AI inference space quickly — prior technical background or degree is a plus but not required

Must work on-site 5 days/week in San Francisco
