Role: Customer Service Associate – International Voice
Qualification: Graduate / UG / B.Tech
Location : Gurgaon
Experience:
• 1+ year International Voice experience preferred
• Voice / Blended experience from reputed companies may also be considered
Skills Required:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong verbal & interpersonal skills
• Active listening & customer handling skills
• Problem-solving & decision-making ability
• Good email & basic computer skills
• Ability to handle customers professionally
• Versant Score: 60+
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Working: 5 Days a Week
Cab: Both-side cab facility
Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
In-Hand: Up to ₹32,000/month
Preferred: Candidates with excellent communication and relevant International BPO / Voice experience.
