About this role
Starting Wage: $20.00- $24.00 per hour DOE + $1.00 per hour 2nd shift differential
Work Hours: Monday through Friday 2:30 PM to 11PM
This position is responsible for the manual operation of injection molding machines, finishing and trimming of parts, basic part inspection for quality issues, and assembling final product, while complying with quality standards.
In this role, you would be responsible for the following:
- Operating injection molding machines manually
- Performing finishing and trimming of parts
- Inspecting basic parts for quality issues.
- Assembling final products according to quality standards
- Comply with all safety procedures and policies established.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic math and measurement tools
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
