Ihre Aufgaben
- MAG-Schweißen von Stahlbauteilen nach Vorgaben sowie unter Beachtung von Vorwärmung, Zwischenlagentemperatur und Wärmeeinbringung
- Kontrolle von Nahtvorbereitung, Heftung und Zwischenzuständen
- Sichtkontrolle der eigenen Schweißnähte vor Übergabe an Schnittstellen
- Dokumentation der Arbeit inkl. Meldung von Abweichungen und Auffälligkeiten wie z.B. Poren oder Rissen
- Nacharbeit nach Freigabe durch Schweißaufsicht und Qualität
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung sowie gültige Schweißerprüfung nach EN ISO 9606-1
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im MAG-Schweißen von Stahl, idealerweise Mehrlagen-Schweißen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Arbeit nach WPS
- Erfahrung mit EXC 2/EXC 3, DB-, Stahlbau- oder Maschinenbaukomponenten wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Qualität, Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit
