About this role
We are looking for a Founding Sales Lead with 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience to build and scale Vocca's US revenue engine from the ground up. You'll be a player-coach with a founder mindset — personally closing deals with mid-market healthcare groups while laying the foundation for a world-class sales organization in a company that's already generating €7.5M ARR and expanding aggressively into the US.
What will you be doing?
Personally running outbound, discovery, demos, and closing deals with mid-market healthcare groups (20–200 clinics) — targeting $800K–$1M in ARR in your first year
Building the US sales playbook from scratch: ICP definition, process, pricing, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene
Taking full ownership of go-to-market strategy — attending events, testing new channels, and iterating without waiting for direction
Hiring, ramping, and coaching a team of AEs as you transition from individual contributor to team leader
Feeding field insights (objections, workflows, integration needs) back to Product and leadership to sharpen product-market fit
Key Requirements
Founder mindset is non-negotiable — ex-founders, attempted founders, or early employees (0→50) at high-growth startups strongly preferred
5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with full-cycle closing experience; comfort with $50K–$100K ACV deals
Signs of excellence and extreme drive — whether through career choices, education, athletics, or entrepreneurial ventures
Experience selling into healthcare provider organizations (DSOs, MSOs, multi-site groups) or adjacent health tech is a strong plus
High autonomy and comfort with ambiguity — must thrive without a playbook and build one instead
What happens next
Skip the application pile. I get you in front of the people who decide.
Confirm the fit
A few questions to make sure this role is the right shape for you. Two minutes.
I pitch you to the company
I write the intro, send it to the founder, and handle the back-and-forth.
A meeting lands on your calendar
When the company wants to meet, I get the call on your calendar. You just show up.
Know someone who'd be great for this?
